Finding a duo partner in silver tier. (I am smurfing)

My name is Kam, I have 3 accounts while my highest rank is p5. I currently enjoy a lot playing with my smurf ac to try out my unfamiliar champs before i pull them out in higher tier. I am looking for a duo partner who is also well experienced (smurf is prefed) or those who think they are one of the best (but cant get out from this troll tier) in silver slo. This is the stat of my ac if u doubt my skills: (KDA 4.44 in recent 20 (85% win rate) ranked games (carried 90% of games); throughout my 300+ games, there are 4 champs kda> 5, 6 champs kda> 4, and 15 champs kda >3.5) Check more in : http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=0Gummer0 Feel free to add me and pm me!
