[EST][22][M] Gold player LF Community or group to play Norms/Ranked

I have been gold the last 3 seasons. I haven't played ranked yet this season because I have been busy the last few months. I am getting back into LoL and I would like to meet some new people around Gold or higher to play with. I mostly play jungle but I can support or top as well. I am mature and I do not rage/flame. I understand the game pretty well, I am just a little behind on the current Meta and OP champions.
