LF new duoQ partner to diamond

Keepin in short: I find that the best way to rank up from experience is duoQ (not solo, or 3/4/5 peeps). I'm looking for 1 others person in the G1-P3 ish range to duo with. Requirements: ~54-55%+ win rate, some type of voice chat (i have most of them), no toxicity. I main mid lane and would prefer a jger to duo with, but anything can work.
