Plat level ADC LF Supp duo for Draft Normals grind!!

I got restricted from ranked and I'm trying to grind out wins to get back into ranked! Have skype or Curse and dont suck at support please :D I am a plat level ADC(although I'm gold ranked currently) HMU in game!
