NA[Diamond 1+]Looking For D1+ Players To Help Me Improve As A Player

Pretty much all in the title. I am hard stuck in D5 and I'm sure I am probably doing something wrong. Looking for better players or a community with better players to help me improve either by playing norms/flex/or even 1v1. I am open to criticism from higher elo players.
