Looking For Serious Team

I am currently in G4. Trying to keep going higher. I am looking for a team to join for ranked. I am more comfortable with ADC or Support. My top 3 for each would be: Adc- Cait, Sivir, and Draven Supp- Thresh. Janna, Leona

I am also willing to play any champ that would benefit the team. And am willing to learn new strategies.
