We are looking for a Coach and Manager that are committed and dedicated to a competitive team that aims to get a spot in the LCS. Here are the qualifications and responsibilities:

Manager: IGN Moriss

Must have some experience in managing: I managed a team on a more casual basis and we did a few tourney rounds. I greatly enjoyed the experience and love looking back on it. I really enjoy helping iron out logistic problems and am genuinely happy when I get to see and influence other people's success. I would absolutely love the ability to help provide and facilitate an atmosphere with a bunch of passionate individual's who love league and want to take it to the next level. Must be mature, confident, reliable. Reliable and confident very much so. I've got a good deal of life experience which I'll explain some of down below in handling just about any situation. Communicate Effectively: More of what I'll explain down below but it's a skill I've become rather adept with over the years in a few different fields of work.

Managing Skills: As mentioned above not something I have loads of experience doing outside of team management in lol but within the atmosphere of competitive video games; I do believe I possess a strong potential and aptitude for the position.

Attendance: My current work schedule is 7pm-7am roughly and this is subject to change. Sunday's and Monday's off every week.

Enforcing the rules: It's a part of any managers job.

Addressing any issues from the team: This is something I found that I handle rather well based on my past experiences. I'm used to working/playing with passionate individuals, whether that be in the culinary or hospitality/public services field or League. I've done catering, taxi driving, retail experience and worked in some of the most intense and busy kitchens you can imagine. It got pretty close to Chef Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen at times. All of that being said I'm generally pretty easy going and am not easily aggravated when handling issues, concerns and complaints.

Finding Sub: For both this and the following field I'm very used to the routine involved. Finding Scrim Recruiting players

Organize: It'd be a simple process to create and manage a google docs format, Facebook page and many other popular options. One of the first thing's I'd emphasize is shared contact information, and schedules on a week to week to basis. When it comes to the organizing as a skillset I have a lot of experience managing hotel portfolios assigning room to room and handling any problems and complaints that might come up and addressing them accordingly.
