Hoping to find a player I can grow with

I just started playing a few months ago and I am about to hit level 30. I am pretty average, trying to learn how to be become a better player. I'm at the point that just playing games isn't really helping me get to the next level. The community I've found is very harsh and instead of helping you they would more often just report you for a bad game. So I've given up on trying to find any help in game. I've been watching videos of the tourney to try and pick up strategies that will make me better.

I've found the range attackers (adc I guess you guys call it) is what I enjoy most. I also enjoy playing support. What I'm looking for is a player who will trade off with me ADC/Support so we as a duo can learn off each other and get to the point where we can read each other's actions and dominate the bottom lane.
