Looking for a duo partner.

I am looking for a Duo partner or a 5 v 5 team to join. I am currently silver 4, I just started League of Legends a few months ago. I was gold 5 during preseason ( I didn't hit 30 until pre season started ) and went 6-4 in my provisional to be placed in silver 4. I am looking for someone to duo with so that I know that I will have at least 1 other good teammate. My IGN is iEnvyNone and I play on NA. :) (p.s I've never used the forums before so if this is in the wrong section please move it to the correct section).
