Looking for serious players or a serious team

I spend a very large amount of time playing league of legends. I love games, and league is my favorite competitive game of all time. There was a time a few years ago where I was very good at the game, with a low diamond ranking and I won a few tournaments and it felt like I could maybe do something with it if I really put my mind to it. But I was in school, learning/teaching violin, depressed, working, and sick at inopportune times. I didn’t have the time or ability to have the right mentality to be successful. However, now I’ve graduated, I’m emotionally and mentally stronger, and I have a stable job that only takes 20 hours of my week but pays for all of my needs, so basically I’m out of excuses. I have all the things I need to succeed, if I can succeed. I’m giving myself one year. This year is my year. Season 7 is where I’m going to push my abilities to their limits. If I don’t make significant progress this year, I’m going to recognize that I suck and drop league as a serious pursuit. I need to be either diamond 1, or on a team that has ACTUAL potential to do the challenger series. If that fails I’m going to apply to riot games one more time. I applied a few years ago and almost got hired, so maybe that will work.

The reason I’m posting is I’m looking for people with similar attitudes, who are trying to climb, push their limits, and take this game seriously this season. I’m a low diamond/high plat player depending on the role and champion you give me, and I play every role. I play a ton of champions, but I’m going to focus on a select few on each role to stay at top form. If I get consistent teammates I will add champs to the pool that I play with since I won’t have to keep a lane under my belt. My best champions are ones that are flexible in their kits and reward aggressive map movement. I’m looking for players who also know their strengths and weaknesses.

I will not play with you if you have a bad attitude. If you rage, complain, incorrectly blame, bm, or harass anyone in my games I’m going to report you and move on. I don’t need that shit. I’m open for discussion and criticism but if you aren’t intelligent enough to articulate your opinions without pissing everyone off you aren’t worth playing with. I’m incredibly patient and a good coach but I’m not working with assholes.

If the right people come together with the right attitude and drive, we can actually climb very quickly. I climbed from p5 to p1 in a weekend in a mad rush for d5. I was short a few hours.
