Plat 5 Jungle/mid LF Ranked 5's team

I just wanna play some ranked 5's games. I've been playing a long time and I'm looking to get a ranked 5's team to at least Gold/plat this season.
I play mostly jungle/mid although I am willing to practice any position needed as long as the team sticks together and cooperates.
I have Teamspeak, Curse Voice, Skype, and willing to download any other communication if needed.
