Looking for an elo hell team plz

Sadly im in elo hell ;-; ....and getting stuck with **** teams in blind pick doesnt help much. I am looking for a team to play with and hopefully get into silver at least. I have a very versatile champion pool. I am great at mid and adc. IGN: TheExiledTheory
