Currently Silver 2 (Straight after transfering) LF duo or flex team

Hey guys. I just decided to transfer my account to NA (from EUW) and I would like to have either a duo Q partner or a flex team. My main roles are mid and adc but my support is also very good (just dont like to play it in solo very much) I would like to have gold+ players, since I am not really silver level. My peak in season 4 was diamond 3, but lack of playing has got me to plat two seasons in a row. Look, I do not want any huge whiny babies but more like people who have some knowledge and a healthy attitude towards the game.
