I play Kayle but is the supp thingy required?

It's a cheese strategy that has the possibility of working if the enemy team is either not aware of it's existence, or how to properly handle it. Personally not fond of treating a laning champion as a second support geared specifically for jungler, but whatever floats peoples' boats.

Does can work as replacement?

I could see it as similar, though Taric's ult isn't instantaneous like Kayle's is, so the timing for both parties would have to spot on. Functionally you'd be able to provide the same heals and build the same sort of items. I've heard Lulu works decently in place of Kayle.

Maybe but the weakness of this cheese is that Kayle have to use her ability on Yi, leaving her vulnerable, while Taric can be pretty tanky, thanks to his kit. He maybe don't have '' targetted CC or slow since Kayle Q is a slow. '' but his AoE stun is pretty stronger in many case. His shield and Heal can match Kayle pretty much as he can use them more often. Of course for the ult part i understand a better timing but Taric is a support so you don't actually waste it. Kayle is made to be a carry so i find it a bit wasted. But in same part, if some of your allies plan to give you support, Taric ult come handy as you can do a 5 man invulnerable. I find Taric better in many aspect.

I definitely see the possibility of this pairing. I'm personally not invested in this sort of cheese strategy to begin with. I like good old fashion player skill match ups. (I'm the sort who if I played Blitz wouldn't do level 1 invades, etc.) From a theorycrafting standpoint you have a nifty idea. I suppose it's just about putting it into practice and seeing the results.
