Creating a Semi-Serious ranked 5's team (Gold+)

Looking to create a ranked 5's team that is semi-serious, just because i have a couple goals in mind.

Victorious ward skin for everyone on the team
Would like to get the team in gold for 5's

Now, We are currently looking for a Jungle, Mid lane, and ADC. (gold+ preferred) Copy and paste the application in the comments and i will review them.

Timezone.

for what it's worth: I'm 44, california timezone. I can play all three lanes. This account is my original, and stuck in elo hell, but I have an unranked smurf account that usually gets matched with silvers, so i figure I'm currently playing at silver ELO level.

Champs: mid: ahri, veigar, lux jungle: sej, xin, irelia, vi adc: cait, ez (I seem to do well at MF, but just started with her)

Strengths and weaknesses: I do comparatively poorly in cs and early kills.. but in the mid to end game, i do well. For example, it is common for me on veigar to go XX/0/XX in final KDA.

Exception to poor early game being when i jungle. I usually early gank, and get my team the kill at 4mins, if the laner has a clue how to work with jungle.

prefer curse. I play most every evening, after 9pm california time. I play seriously, always looking for ways to improve.
