Silver 3 Adc/Support Main Looking For Very Serious Ranked 5's Team

Hello, my name is Isaac, also know as "ImLaz' in game, and as the title says I am currently looking for a serious ranked 5's team. In the past I have played on a few semi-serious team, and we happened to take 3rd and 4th in two tournaments. My champion pool is currently made up for these champs:

I am looking for a team that is serious. This means I would like to have set practice times and dedicated players. Also, maybe in the future look for a coach.
