Dynamic Queue Climb Team

Had an idea of creating a teams or just finding people to help others grind the new dynamic queue. I kinda just want to build a network of players with a similar mindset of climbing the ranks. This isn't just me looking for 4 other people to play with, but having a large number of people of all ranks who can group with others to reliably conquer the new ranked system. Not sure if this idea has been done before, and if it has, how well it has been executed.

Maybe a website could be built where once we have a strong number of players willing to join in this group, Maybe have a rating system of some sort so we can monitor who is actively trying to improve themselves and others around them, and who are the trolls and ragers. Reliability to wins ranked games with someone you just met should be key.

Trying to see if anyone would be interested in joining up in something like this; getting to know some new people, and winning some ranked games. I think it would also be beneficial to have some much more experience players join up with this and coach others in these games. I think it would be cool to see the community get together for something like this.
