Xensity LF> Coach

Coach Information: If you are applying to be a coach for this team I will ask that your rank be at least Master-Challenger being that the highest ranked person already on this team is our jungler who is Diamond 4. Expectations: Since you are our coach, I will ask that you work with players both 1 on 1 and 1 on 5 (1 on 5 being for ranked games with us) I will also ask of you not to apply if you are not gonna take the time to be dedicated enough to watch our games as a spectator. I know this job can be real boring but for a team that wants to thrive to succeed, I only want a coach who will try to help us succeed most. Side Notes For Coach: I would love that if you our players would like to gain ranks in solo queue (if they are struggling) that you watch a few of their solo/duo games and analyse with them what they did wrong and how to improve on their mistakes. It would help a lot with the synergy of the whole entire team.
