Diamond 5 mid lf serious ranked team

Hi guys, I am looking for a ranked team for season 6, however not just any ranked team. I expect everyone to be exceptional at their role and know what they are doing, preferably have a coach, as those help a TON! I do not mind practicing 4 times a week as long as it is in the afternoon.
