s2 adc/top main looking for team

I've been playing since early season 3 and feel like I have a pretty good knowledge of the game. I've played on several teams before and know how to communicate well. Most of the teams I've played on have consisted of gold+ players and I have experience playing with/against plat+ players. I prefer scaling champions since I am usually pretty passive in lane, but I can make plays when there is the opportunity to. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
