[LFM] [Plat+] New serious ranked 5's team looking for members (OGZ Community)

TLDR This is a serious plat and above team being formed that is looking for members in all roles except for AD Carry and Jungle. Any junglers can try out to see if they can compete with the current jungler, but do note that the role is already filled. Tryouts will be held on a date mentioned to the players when they apply (as it's based on the applicant's availability.)

The team is based in the Olympus Gamerz community for now, and we will be competing in their LCS-style tournament (called the OLS) initially, as well as scrimming against other OLS teams often.

Teamspeak and a microphone is required, as well as the will to be patient and connect with your teammates, as well as a competitive attitude to win. Free time is also a must, as the team would optimally play a minimum of 4 days a week.

If you would like to join, please read the below 'Requirements' section, post in this topic (see the below 'Application' section), and add me in game. My IGN is XEK Luxio

Summary Olympus Gamerz is a gaming community that hosts an internal version of the LCS, called the OLS, in which teams compete for a cash prize. This team is a new team that will initially focus on competing in the OLS for season 6. The team will play on a schedule, and we will often scrim against other teams in the community. As the team develops, we'll set our eyes on other venues and challenges, such as VG, Arena Online, and ESL tournaments.

The team will be ran on the ideals of not only giving every person involved in the team time to adjust, but also prioritizing the player's strengths when it comes to who plays what role, and how the team plays around each other. I am to create a team that functions as a proper team, and ideally those involved would be in for the long run.

I believe that teams that properly give the players the influence and respect they deserve, as well as actually connecting with players are the teams that stay together and gain the experience needed to succeed, and those are the values the team will be led around.

Requirements The team will be competing in the OLS Plat and Above tournament. As such, the majority of the team will be required to be at least Platinum in solo queue. Players in high gold are free to try out as well, but depends on the current roaster. Anything below may be considered, but the player must extensively show that they are able to be competitive with platinum and diamond players (in which case, to be honest you shouldn't be below gold.)

We will be playing against Platinum and Diamond level players, therefore you should have the attitude and skill to compete with them. A good bit of players essentially tilt themselves when they play against somebody in a higher tier. This isn't optimal, and would need to be sorted out in a player that experiences this.

Having good interpersonal skills and being willing to connect with your teammates as not just any other player, but as members of your team. The team is serious, but that does not by any means say that a friendly atmosphere isn't necessary.

Free time. A proper schedule with the team will be worked out when it's formed based around the player's timezone and availability, but optimally the team would play at minimum 4 days a week (every weekday with a day off for a break / solo queue upkeep). This is obviously subject to change, and will be further discussed when the team is formed.

Teamspeak and a microphone is a requirement for all players. Olympus Gamerz is the community that we will operate in and when the team is formed we will have a private channel in the OGZ teamspeak.

A deal of patience with the team as well as a competitive drive to succeed.
