New High Elo Team forming.

I am forming this new team in order to create a positive safe haven for like minded, highly skilled players. I myself am plat 1 (Have been Diamond in previous seasons) and am looking to recruit players of equal or preferred D5+ Rankings. Below I will list all details for you to be able to determine if you would be a good fit to play with the new team. First and foremost; The times at which we play will vary around my work schedule so please read carefully to determine if you could play regularly. I'm listing the general times so I can save you time and not waste time on a typical 5 games and done team. !All Times in CST! Monday - Friday: We will either play before 3pm or after 9pm, but never later than 1am Saturday: We will play after 6pm Sunday: We will play after 6pm These times will be consistent and we will aim to play daily, be it solo que or 5s.

Second; In the comment section (please don't add me in game, be patient and I will get to you as quickly as I can) list your IGN, Rank, Role(No mid laners), and whatever else you feel necessary for me to know.

Third: Understand that I am not forming this team to be a place for 5 people to mess around and not be taken seriously. I ask that you respectfully give your all if you want to be on a competitive team and I in return will give the same amount of effort. Having been a part of multiple D+ Organizations I know that most of them bullshit and put on a false show with a lot of promise and little results. You're about to join a team that has one intention; Playing consistently with a roster of 5 highly skilled players who are actually on at the same times. That's it. Playing consistently.
