I have a 91% winrate with warwick as I write this. My Diana is at 65%. I just played a game in b2 where I had a supp soraka and a top jayce go 1/25 together. Their game was 22/44 and could easily have been a victory if I had some more communication and better players.

I'd prefer to find a team that uses Teamspeak, but I'm flexible and can use skype.

Yeah, know why you have 91% with WW? BECAUSE IT'S WARWICK. Know why your Diana is 65%? BECAUSE IT'S DIANA. MY Graves win rate is 88%, know why? GRAVES IS OP. Seriously, it's not your teams fault. If you lose, don't blame your team, blame yourself because you obviously did things wrong as well
