Diamond Team Tryouts Desperado Esports

Desperado Esports is taking applications for a new Diamond Team+ roster, complete with a paid coach. Tryouts will be held in our discord on the 26th-28th (times of tryouts available upon request in our discord)

Why should you apply?

-Team- Our Diamond team will feature a competitive 8 man roster, with active sub players whom will be fully involved with the starting player roster during practice. We will have a dedicated coach who is paid to be there for each of the team's players and work INDIVIDUALLY as well as in group to build their existing skills. All members will be held accountable for practice times and communication, and to tournament game schedules. After the reset of the new League of legends season we have series tournaments planed for the team based on player availability, and once deemed ready by the coach we have access to several weekend tournaments. Given prize winnings of non RP rewards durring tournements, each player will receive an appropriate % cut, including sub members.

-Environment- We are an organization that has lasted nearly 2 years thus far, and we have dedicated ourselves to creating opportunities for those whom wish to reach for more. Our server offers graphics design, journalism, video editing, moderator, team, and streaming positions and opportunities just to name a few aspects. With a full community supporting us, we can offer a stable full course environment that continues to grow. Our most recent step forward is this Diamond Team Roster we are trying to create as we expend into more serious competitions, and we would like each of you who thinks they have what it takes to apply.

How do you apply?

Please simply join our discord, and reach out via our welcome channel or a voice room. making contact with any of our staff will get you our tryout team roles, and we will collect basic information for the tryouts from you.
