Silver 3 Jungle/Support main looking for duo partner

I have been in silver since season 4 and have never really been serious until now. I have a limited amount of time to play so I haven't been able to climb much. I'm looking to get to gold by the end of the season. I'm looking for someone to play ranked with casually, not only climb but to have fun as well. If that doesn't make sense then you're probably the wrong person. I main support and jungle and primarily play tanks but will also bring out the occasional squishy. if you add me i'm gonna want to play some normals to start because i'm not just going to play ranked with anyone i've never even met.
