Support Main Bronze 2 Looking for ADC for Duo

So my name is Katie. I've been playing LoL since release on and off but didn't get serious about ranked until last season.

I am a support main/ decent ADC/sorta ok Mid. I feel most comfortable with Nami ( Got to Silver 4 with only her last year) , but also am good at Lux, Morg, or Lulu. I really am tired of being stuck in Bronze. I have been told I don't belong there, and I feel like I don't belong there lol. So I'm looking for someone who is serious about getting to at least Silver or higher, preferably an ADC I can have synergy with.

I have Skype and Curse for communication. I am a very positive team player and only want to radiate positivity, even when we're losing. I never FF in a ranked game, and I'm looking for someone with the same attitude.
