D5 Jungle main In Promos to D4, LF a serious mature team + A duo partner.

Hi! My IGN is DySniped and ive been playing league since s2, i main jungle atm but im well in all roles, if i had to order: Jungle>support/top>adc>Mid. Ive been through a lot of teams with very good potential but in the end they fell apart due to poor planning and decision. I'm Looking for a mature and serious ranked 5's team that is willing to look over replays, discuss mistakes instead of yelling and making excuses, practice ALOT, are friendly and the team is going into weekly/monthly tournys.

Requirements in the Ranked 5's team: mostly filled with diamond + players and have a coach/leader and a way of communication (skype, Teamspeak, Curse voice, ect..)
