Gold 4 Looking for high elo mentor to help me climb and show me what i'm doing wrong

preferably a diamond player, im not looking to duo with you and have you carry me, im very confident in my mechanics but for some reason i just am not winning as many games as i feel i should be, i would like for you to help me inprove in hopes of being diamond or challenger next season
