Top main and Mid/Jungle Main looking for ranked 5s team

My friend and I are looking to join a ranked team I main top lane and he prefers mid lane but does jungle as well if needed. I was gold 3 in Season 3 and Decayed out of play in the middle of Season 4. We are looking to join a mid silver to high gold team.
