High Elo team LF Top Read post

Good evening folks. I am a branch leader from Outcry gaming who has 3 League of Legends teams. Two of these teams are currently plat 1 and the other team is plat 5. I am an experienced manager looking for a Top Laner for 2 different teams, I am also looking for substitute players of all roles for 2 of my teams. Some of the characteristics I am looking for in players include the following:

1. Minimum solo queue rating of Diamond 5+ with 50% win rate+
2. Have a basic understanding of league mechanics and terminology (ex. Rotations, double jungle, pushing, shoving, denying)
3. Possess a somewhat flexible schedule and maintain an active account
4. Willing to commit time to scheduled practice (15-20hr/week)
5. A positive attitude throughout all stages of the game, be willing to accept criticism, and have a strong drive to improve as a player as well as a team.
