LFP Duo Queue - Plat V+ Main, Gold II+ Smurf - Good stats on na.op.gg and non-toxic only please

3 requirements from a potential duo queue:

1. Be Plat 5+ (Gold 2+ for smurf duo)
2. Have good stats on na.op.gg
3. Be non-toxic

About me: I've been playing League for ~6 years (since launch), and have been Gold every season, achieving Plat 4 apex this season. My current goal is to hit Diamond and continue climbing, and I'm looking for a partner(s) with the same goal.

I climbed to Plat using Nunu jungle with 64% WR and 4.88 KDA avg at 80 games. I've since transitioned to Rek'sai and Elise† jungle mains. I am also skilled at filling the other 4 roles using a variety of champions.

†(I've practiced on Elise in draft/team builder a lot, but haven't gotten to use her extensively in ranked, although I feel I am ready to)

Additional traits that are nice from a potential partner:

1. You can play all 5 roles at a high skill level (though not required, the more the better)
2. You don't get caught up bickering with teammates, using the mute button immediately when necessary (highly preferable)
3. You communicate frequently using pings/SMART pings and react to your teammates' pings accordingly (highly preferable)
