LF gold+ top/adc/support candidates for semi serious ranked 5s

The only requirement we have is that you be mature, ready to work as a team and not flame. You must also know basic itemizing and be able to sustain your lane (in top for example). No dying at level 1 and no suiciding to acquire 3 extra creeps during lane phase. Its much easier to come back being down 20 farm than it is to come back from being down 5 deaths and 75 farm.

I jungle and i have a reliable mid laner. we just need starters and/or alternates for the other 3 roles. We can play some games NOW if there is enough interest. Gold 3+ preferably.
