I am currently looking for a group of other dedicated individuals who are willing to practice regularly 4-6 hours a day on a 3-5 days a week basis as well as compete in weekly tournaments. I will be hosting tryouts for the Marksman (adc), top, mid, and jungle position through a series of tryouts that will probably be held against some of my friends who are mostly Platinum or high Gold in solo queue. For the most part I don't care about your solo queue rank or anything super particular but I do have the following requirements:

At least be 18 years of age Have motivation to improve not only mechanically as a player but also in your understanding of map rotations and team compositions. Have Curse Voice or Dolby Axon for voice communication. Be willing to learn from defeats and stay calm, level headed, and non-toxic when something doesn't go your way in game. Be able of making the practice times (will be announced when a common ground is made with the team in terms of time) Be willing to duo with your lane partner (I am the support) or your fellow teammates on a regular basis outside of practice

If you are interested in trying out please respond with answers to the following questions and add me in game IGN: TXI RAVEN ELITE

What role would you like to play: What champions are you best at: What are some champions you would like to learn: What do you believe is the most important part of your role/What would you define the overall duty of your role: What are your strengths as a player: What are your weaknesses as a player: (this is the most important question don't just say "I get caught out sometimes" I want you to understand why you get caught out or how you can improve on this weakness) Why would you like to join this team:

What role would you like to play: MID/ADC are my primarily skilled roles.

What champions are you best at: MID: Oriana Xerath Zed Lulu Syndra Jayce

ADC: Lucian Corki Twitch Jinx

What are some champions you would like to learn: MID: Liss Ahri TF Azir

ADC: Kog Draven Vayne

What do you believe is the most important part of your role/What would you define the overall duty of your role: MID: Stable laning phase that involves roaming and counter roaming to bring presence across the map. Carry if able to get fed, if not then to be a rock for the team. Winning lane is not a priority but something that should always be tried for. Awareness is the key to a successful mid.

ADC: Provide a stable carry, always conistently farmed and able to position during team fights and rotations. Winning lane is key to success (winning is variant on the adc of course).

What are your strengths as a player: MID: Strong lane presence and ability to be aware of local area. I.E. While in lane able to be aware of possiblities of ganks and of team jungler presence. Constency to be relevant in the game regardless of loss of laning phase. Able to strategize and shotcall well.

ADC: Constent strong laning phase, high farm and timed-aggression. Communication with support in lane.

What are your weaknesses as a player: (this is the most important question don't just say "I get caught out sometimes" I want you to understand why you get caught out or how you can improve on this weakness) Why would you like to join this team: MID: If I am in the positon of losing or already lost laning phase I struggle to keep up with rotations while I attempt to "comeback". This leaves my team vulnerable to enemy midlane roam. This is more a problem of selfishness. I don't want to get farther behind so I try to focus on my own game instead of continuing to be aware of roam. Instead of moving strategically to counter-roam or at least equalize the loss from the enemy roam.

ADC: Positioning, typically when ahead. Wanting to make use of my strengths over the enemy team I try to make plays that are overly necessary and end up putting myself in a poor position. My team either has to make sacrifices to save me or accept the loss of an objective because of the overextention. Improving awareness seems key to fixing this problem, knowing my power, and my enemies. As well as being aware of vision and enemy rotations.

WHY: I have enjoyed ranked play for quite some time and have seen, as we all have, the tragedy of a disfunctional team and the glory of a syngistic one. I want to be a part of a team that I can feel the sense of synergy. I am willing to put in the time and effort for a serious go at the competitive side of the game and would gladly welcome its adversity. What more I would like to see if I can join a team when it is not made up of "pro" players where I can experience growth, of not only personal mechanix but team mechanix.
