Silver 5 Jungle main looking for a midlaner/toplaner who isn't boosted

I play rumble only in ranked, I will camp my duo and we I'll both get ahead and win easily. Preferably I'd like to play with a midlaner who is proficient on champs that facilitate ganks well, like Lissandra and a Toplaner with lots of CC.
