ADC Main looking for a real serious team to play with.

I am currently stuck in the bronze due to leaver and feeders, I am a really good ADC but I cant control what my team does, I have finished the last 2 seasons in S1 and deserve to be in gold or higher, but as an ADC main its hard to get past all the other bad things that happen during game. I main Lucian, kog, jinx, kalista, kindred, graves. Please before u make any assumptions look at my link which shows my stats, then go to compare and look at them to every game that has been played.
