seeking for a duo partner

I need someone to carry games with me, I cannot carry at thie elo alone, I was plat 4 last season but due to a 2 months break and jumping str8 back into ranked, I was placed in gold 5 (1w 9l) But after abt a month of playing , i am much better now. right now, I am still gold 5(demoted from gold3) and last game (demoted to gold5) I went 19/7/17 as mid and still cannot win due to having a 0/28 bot lane. I am sick, and tired of soloing, trying to get lucky with random players isn't working. I would love to have a duo partner who can handle his own role well, and know how to play this game. Please be Gold+, i would prefer(not must) a jungle main add in game.
