Team for 3's

Hi looking to make a 3's flex team on this account and get that challenger next season. Don't have to be "high Elo" to get it in 3s but please do be gold+ You don't have to have much experience in 3's either its easy to learn and really fun when you learn it. Need an ap player who can play things like Karma syndra brand and the likes and a either a jungler/support player or a top lane bruiser
