Looking for a team

I'm looking to join a team for ranked NA. I can play any role. Im currently available on weekends and weekday mornings due to my school/ work schedule. Im now bronze 3. I was once ranked gold three however after being offline for six months (back in season 3) my lp decayed to bronze, and I have not been able to climb ever since. On average I win every other game I play. I am a team oriented player, and I tend to play utility/tank champions. (probably another reason that I can't climb) I tend to play top/jg, but I am a great support. My ADC needs some work, and I'm not much of a mid laner, but i could be with practice. I live in kansas.
