Creating Team For Season 8

Hello one and all, and welcome to my post. I am looking to form a team for mostly tournaments and the occasional scrim, but as well as grow as one in ranked flex. This is a team I'm going to give me 110% on, so I will only be looking and asking for the same type of morale. These are the positions I am looking for:

  • Top
  • Jungle
  • Mid
  • ADC
  • Support

Once I have a roster going on, I will then seek and gather analysts / coaches to help out in any way possible. I am not seeking a certain rank(s), since well this season is pretty much over with, but I do require at least some basic mechanics and a good, stable champion pool that's not too "off-meta". I seek communication amongst you and your teammates, whoever wishes to apply. It is very vital. I also seek one or two shot-callers, as rare as they may seem.

But what about practice? When are said practices? And the tournaments? When, where, what, why, how? Ideally, I want practice to start from 6PM US Central until at least, 10PM US Central. BUT, I know some of us have schedules that are just too much to handle. This is okay. Still, feel free to apply since those practice times are flexible. Practice will be Monday - Thursday, with Fridays being off days and Saturdays being Tournaments. I know -- this schedule doesn't fit everyone but hey, sorts out the weak from the strong I guess.

Like I have said before, I'm going to give this my 110% percent so I expect for you to do the same. If you have an interest in joining, please leave a reply on this post. Do not add me in game -- I will not accept your request. Leave your OP.GG link in your reply and I will review everyone who has applied and set up a draft to personally watch you play. It is from this where I will then decide who I want to invest my time in. Discord is a MUST -- vital to communications.

I will do my best to keep this post bumped but if it so happens to stay down -- keep updated from when I edit things. For those I do seek interest in, I will personally contact you.

IGN: ADCuckold, RustleMyJimmies, HolyOoh Role: Marksman main but can mid as well. Champ Pool (Best 4): Draven, Xayah, Tristana, Caitlynn Highest / Lowest rank: Highest Diamond 1 99 LP, Started Season 1 around Bronze 4. Years of experience: 7 Any experience in other teams: Played for 2 other relatively serious teams before they disbanded. We scrimmed some challenger series teams and even beat some. Strengths / Weaknesses: My CS is usually above average, I have great game knowledge, I know positioning, Mechanics on point, and I'm easy to get along with/outgoing. Weaknesses: I play a little too aggro sometimes and die for no reason, Not the best at keeping up wards, Can get a little tilted, but who doesn't :^)

IGN: Wolfikyu Role: Mid/Top Champ Pool: Galio, Yasuo, Orianna, Vayne, Jarvan IV Highest / Lowest rank: Diamond 3 100LP - Silver 4 0 LP Years of experience: 4 Any experience in other teams: I have played with a few other teams but once we won whatever tournament the team was based around they would usually disband. Strengths / Weaknesses: I would consider my main strength to be micro-based gameplay. Mechanics were the main factor to my success in climbing and maintaining diamond but I have been trying my best to pick up on more macro decision making. As implied before, my main weakness tends to be general high-elo macro decisions. I tend to be unable to decide where the right place to be is at a certain time against players who understand a great deal about the game. I cannot shotcall but I tend to call helpful information such as enemy positions, ward positions, potential threats, and sometimes timers.

IGN: Jhinsomniac Role: Adc Champ Pool (Best 4): Trist, Caitlyn, Lucian, Twitch, Jhin (Play most adc's) Highest / Lowest rank: Plat 5/Gold 5 Years of experience: 5 Years Any experience in other teams: Played on a few teams in the past, didn't get to serious before they were disbanded Strengths / Weaknesses: My cs is generally pretty good, positioning and communication are my key strengths, can be over aggressive at times

IGN : Neko Ari Role : Support Champ Pool (Best 4) Janna Rakan Soraka Braum Highest / Lowest rank : Diamond 5 / Bronze 5 (first season) Years of experience 3 Any experience in other teams Played on quite a lot, some disbanded, others the management/ environment was bad. Strengths / Weaknesses : Biggest weaknesses would have to be positioning and over aggressiveness. That's mostly due to me learning 0to play support with an ADC that was hyper aggressive. Positioning wise, I'd say it's 90% pathing and 10% being frontline by mistake. Sometimes I get too cocky while being ahead and do some really disrespectful pathing that I end up getting punished for. Biggest strengths would have to be my map awareness, communication skills, I can also be a shotcaller if needed. I'd just need a bit of practice doing it though as It's been at least a year since I was last a main shotcaller for a team. Kind of rusty on it.

IGN: Kloe Role: AD Carry Champ Pool (Best 4): Xayah, Kalista, Caitlyn, Ashe Highest / Lowest rank: Gold 3/Bronze 4 in season 4 Years of experience: 4 casually, 1 seriously Any experience in other teams: yes, I have about a year of experience in one team but have been on break and would like to come back swinging in season 8 with a new org Strengths / Weaknesses: Biggest weakness is knowing when a fight is won and not overextending before then, Biggest strengths are my laning, shotcalling, pick ban and meta knowledge, and being very slippery in team fights with solid positioning.

I understand I don't look like a very strong player on paper but I have a killer work ethic and if given the chance I promise I will impress.

Looking to go all in on team play and pursueing career as player Strengths/ Weaknesses Strong ADC with solid play calls on defense and offense situations. Solid support skills in creating plays and disengaging team fights. Weakness is based mostly on being solid team comp builder for good counter picks.

Years of experience: 5 years

Any experience in other teams: I have been the captain, coach, analyst, owner, and shotcaller of various teams through the years. My most recent team i was the captain and owner. This team lasted more than 6 months and was moderately successful in that it went 12-4 in a gold - plat tournament league placing first among over 30 teams. I was also the shot caller of this team for a short period.

Strengths / Weaknesses: Strengths - i provide alot of pressure in the bot lane and i have good wave management, I am able to freeze wave wherever i need to. I regularly come out of lane with a 20+ cs lead and possibly kills as well. My position is also good in teamfights and i almost always have the highest dmg in the lobby even in losing games. Weaknesses - I can be cocky at times when i am ahead and can get caught trying to make flashy plays. This only ever happens in the mid game if it does happen at all and after getting caught once i usually get my head back on straight. I also can be toxic at times to my support but this also happens rarely.

Other Information: I am an adc main but i adapted and played top lane for my last long term team for the duration of its existence hence why on my accounts there are alot of top laners near the top. I reached plat playing both top and adc on two different accounts but never pushed for anything farther than plat 5 due to other things going on in my life. I believe i could have reached diamond if i had grinded though. I have mained adc since i started playing the game years ago and only played top for the duration of the team. I can shot call and i can also help with coaching, analyzing games, managing the team, or anything else that needs to be dealt with. I have a discord and google docs page from my last team already set up so i can provide much needed infrastructure when making a new team. I also have a support that i have been playing with for the last 5 years whom is also plat and i have alot of synergy with. If we needed a support i could bring him on with me as a package deal. I am looking into joining a team and looking at other options as well so please message me as soon as possible if you are interested in me being part of this team you are creating.

Years of experience: Officially started in the start of season 3 Any experience in other teams: I have had starter positions in midlane for 3 teams, each of them in amatur leagues with a variety of tournament experience. I have coached a team in a small league called TMG (True Minded Gaming) I have fairly strong game knowledge tending to me being able to predict things around 5-7 second in the future and higher sense of instinct of what will happen (typically I shotcall if I am in a premade 5 every game). I have backgrounds in most role besides support, so I know full well of how to help each role strive better in game and how to eliminate their weaknessses.

Strengths / Weaknesses: Very high game knowledge, always up to date with LCS and Meta picks. I always watch the pros and big time streamers and study their builds and I browse alot over multiple sites on what build paths champions should be doing. One weakness is tilting during the game after a selfish move or doing something very risky and it went all wrong from the original plan. However can recover. Another weakness could possibly be that I don't typically play meta picks and rather play more selfish champions mid.
