Looking to join/start up a team

Hi. I am currently in Silver and have been floating around there for quite a while. My main rolls are ADC and Top ( Vayne, Lucian, Nidalee) but can play all rolls very well. I believe I play better than I am ranked but have terrible LP loss to win ratio and all I get are toxic teams.
