Analyst/stragegist looking to help a team of 5 improve their game

I have been playing since s1, my brother is plat, I wanna create and manage a team to rival my brother. I am better at watching and analyzing plays than actually playing I've only done solo q which is not a very good example of my skillset I want to be more serious in the game I would like to help a group of players grow and evolve into stronger better teammates.
