kasual collective [na multigaming]

So -

 As I've been trying to find a group of likeminded individuals and have been very much unable to do so, I've decided to form my own group. The objective would be to establish a somewhat multi-gaming oriented community, focused on relatively popular games to which gamers might find themselves playing with likeminded interest. Let's say, Diablo 3 ROS, League of Legends, Hearthstone, FFXIV, GW2, Dota2, etc.

 As I'm playing League of Legends right now, the foremost focus would be this, however, as we branch outward I would be interested in acquiring some type of management individuals for moderation as well as expansion into other games, platforms, and genres. 

 Kasual Collective would be primarily composed of gamers leaning on the older side, perhaps those who used to play games competitively but due to life are more leaning on the casual side, yet have not totally given up on attempting to play things with a conscious effort, much like myself. I would most definitely prefer those over the age of twenty one, however, am open to all ages dependent upon mentality.

 What makes me qualified to do such a thing? I've lead multiple teams across PS4, PC, FPS, MMO, and RTS. This would be my first attempt at a MOBA-based clan for multi-gaming sake. We would be primarily focused in ranked and competitive play, but at a much more casual level than those jobless college and high school kids ;)
