Mimic eSports looking for a Community Division Head

We are currently looking to hire a Community Division Head, your job would be to overlook and manage the entire Community Division of Mimic eSports. This means you would be responsible for building our Gaming Community from the ground up, with help for other upper managment staff members - to be clear we are a Competetive eSports Organization looking to branch our divisions out and felt like having a gaming community to go along side our Competitive scene would be beneficial, I came to the league forums because I can say that my roots in the online gaming community are planted most deeply here and I couldnt think of a better place to look for someone who loves gaming within a dedicated passion. All jobs at mimic esports start off as purely commission based pay via our sponsors and affiliates. But Salaries can be amended into the employee contract in the future, and yes there is a contract that must be signed in order to work for us (That means 18+ and we will be requiring a first, last name and your current town/state all of which information will of course only be discussed via teamspeak or via email) - we are looking for serious resourceful individuals only.
