Looking for a ranked team

This is technically my first season of playing ranked and I have been able to get to silver 4. I played the very last 2 weeks of season 5 and placed silver 2. I am looking for a team who i can join and climb the ranks with. I main jungle and top is my secondary role. I play in the NA servers and am willing to take criticism as long as it makes me a better player.
