Plat 3 ADC looking for a serious Plat+ team

IGN: kt Vayne Age: 21 Timezone: EST Season 4 rank: Diamond 5 Season 5 rank: Plat 3 Role: AD Carry Champions: I play all adc champs except for Draven. I always keep up to date with the meta adcs so you don't have to worry about my champion pool. I will always play what is asked of me. Playstyle: Very flexible, but I'm mostly a conservative, objective and teamfight focused adc. I'm very easy to work with and I'm a great listener. I can feed info to the shotcaller consistently, although I am not a shotcaller myself. What I'm looking for: I'm looking for a healthy team environment focused on constantly improving, from individual play to teamplay and synergy. This means that the team as a whole, as well as each individual player, should be able to give and receive constructive criticism. I'm looking for a team that already has a shotcaller (or is actively looking for one). The team environment should be serious and mature, but also fun :)
