Looking for a coach/coaching staff Challenger, Master, Diamond coaches only

Hi my name is Santi (MyArmageddon) ,and I am the mid laner for my team. I am looking for a leader/coach for the team. someone who knows what he or she is doing and can help improve the team in all phases of the game from warding, champion mechanics, objective controls, team comps etc.. Im looking for one main coach who will be in control of starting line up, team comps during the pick and ban phase and counters during those phases too. I would love to have separate coaches for each lane that will work with us and help us become better players. I do want to incorporate competition and want more player on the roster to push us to do better and to make changes if necessary. The main coach will have control of the starting line up to a point, it will come down to a vote from the coaching staff/team.
