Gold 1 main adc/mid looking for serious team preferably high gold/platinum

i main adc/mid turning 18 years old in a month and looking for a serious team as most teams ive joined in the past have not takin it seriously, i have great communication skills in game and am a partial shot caller but not recommended to shot call alone. i can try to work my schedule depending on team practices/tryouts.
