Gold 3 jg/supp/top looking for team for ranked 5s

I've been playing league for about a year and want to focus on one role and think a team is the best way to do that. Anyone that plays after 6:00 est add me in game or reply to this. I don't care what rank but I'm 28 and don't want to play with 14 y.o's so pref older and laid back
