Team Joining CompeteLeague looking for a longterm Coach

We have played a few games before in a tournament and are looking to go bigger. We're joining the Compete League Gold/Platinum League and are practicing for the qualifier tournament. Players are willing to put in as much work as they can and have lots of room to develop and learn individually as well as a team.

We're not going to be paying for a coach and this would be complete volunteer work that would be greatly appreciated but if a coach seems like they are putting a lot of effort and if we like you the team might pool in a donation:

Coach Expectations: -Can make most of the scrims or expected to watch the games later. -VOD review with the players touching on different aspects such as communication, picks, decision making, synergy, macro, individual plays and encouraging good plays. -Respectful towards all players but not being afraid to point out a player that is under performing or needs to improve in a certain mechanic and giving tips to improve. -Willing to straighten out conflicts between players -Be creative and strategic in learning methods and prepare VOD reviews yourself and be prepared and present at the given time or otherwise let the team know because we understand you can't always be there. -No elo restrictions but needs to be knowledgeable about platinum/diamond dynamic play and should have a general knowledge of every lane. -You may be the first coach but position coaches may be assigned if found.

Player Expectations: -Respectful towards the coach and listening to tips. -Willing to expand champion pool in order to accommodate for the needs of the team. -Put in the effort and the tips into effective development. -Take time to review plays and mistakes. -Team will never change so work on players will never be lost. Subs may be necessary but only for certain games.

Goals for the teams: Goal 1: Improve Goal 2: Give it all in order to make the qualifier tournament Goal 3: Get as high as possible in the league and never stop improving. Goal 4: Get invited to compete league mid season invitationals Goal 5: Win Goal 6: Continue to compete and get sponsored

Availability and scrims: We will be having scrims at least 3 times a week, 2 games will be played commentary and notes expected, no longer than 10 minutes after games Tournament will begin on February 5th or 12th depending on the set schedule of Compete League soon to be released. Scrims will be at 7:00 pm MST going up to possibly 8:00 pm MST if games are an hour long each but most likely not. Scrims will be played on Saturday, Sunday and Friday and when official games begin in February there will be rescheduling to accommodate for everyone's schedule. On Sunday we will have a Strategy and Teamwork day. On this day we will have an hour to discuss all the long term issues we have seen during the games in the week. Things such as champion pool, decision making or general strategy that will be used during the next games like team compositions. Also after discussing these things there will be individual feedback on each player and something they can work on for next week and something they did well. Strategy and Teamwork day will take place after the Sunday scrims. VOD Review will take place during strategy and teamwork day where the coach will have clips from the games on Saturday and Friday that he thinks is important for the team or an individual player to see. VOD Reviews can also be set during the week but will need to be notified on Sunday about what you're planning to do and to check availability.

We're all very excited to work with a coach and believe that together we can reach greatness. We're not the best but we're all willing to do whatever it takes to get there. These Rules are not really rules and can be changed to accommodate whatever the coach wants but you have to still have all the aspects from it. We can also change times to weekdays for scrims but need to be notified.
