Coach/Manager Creating Ranked 5s Team [Bronze-Gold]

Looking for Top/Mid/Support and Sub for Jungle! Note; the sub jungler will be playing a lot during weekdays and if proving to play well with the team, has a shot at being switched to starting roster.

Provisionals will be played tonight!

I would like to ask everyone to follow these instructions when applying and everything should go well! First check the requirements. Then check the schedule for potential practice times and make sure at least most are plausible (these will be chosen once the team is made) then fill out the application!

Requirements

• Be at least 16+ years old
• Be ranked last season
• Be Bronze/Silver this season
• Have a working mic
• Willing to use Curse Voice & Skype
• Speaking English well~ Communication is key!
• Have an active email or mobile app that can allow me to contact you; this could include change of practice time, tournament information etc.

Schedule All times are in EST! Remember, as I said above these are only possible times, the actual schedule will be chosen as a team.

Monday - Off Tuesday - 5:30-8:30PM Wednesday - 5:30-8:30PM Thursday - 5:30-8:30PM Friday - 6-10PM Saturday - 1-4PM (I chose afternoon here so the team can relax and play with friends or go out that night. A social life is needed and I'm not looking to take all of your free time!) Sunday - 1-4PM (Once again, the team may have other priorities that night, such as homework etc. evenings will once again be given to you!)

Weekend times may be altered if registered with tournaments!

Application Age; IGN; Rank S4/S5; Primary Role; Top 5 Champs in that role; Timezone; Can you Shotcall?;

Good luck to everyone applying! I will ask you questions following your application submission to figure out personalities and create a good chemistry team. Do not add me, I will add you first! I will be reading applications for an hour then starting again tomorrow morning.

Note; I'd like to try and talk to everyone before accepting their application so try and be on before I choose the team so we can chat a little. I will be choosing the team between 11-11:30AM, thanks~

Edit; We have a partnership with fl esports! Though the team is not selected, we have a guaranteed spot with this wonderful community! http://www.fl-esports.com/ Note under teams we are Team-O but this name is temporary until we pick one out as a team.
